PMTA (Pre-Market Tobacco Application) is an application required by the FDA for the legal authorization of new tobacco products introduced after February 15, 2007. The FDA reviews these products to evaluate their risks and benefits to the public health.

The company is committed to meeting all legal and regulatory requirements. It is working on Pre-Market Tobacco Applications and has submitted PMTAs to the FDA, including products without flavor options, except for tobacco and menthol capsules.
